For business owners who know their next breakthrough isn't going to come from a book, because it's no longer about more “information.”

A 10 day Workation in Tanzania, Africa

February 2023

February is the best time for seeing wildlife babies! They're born in January and getting their legs under them before the March migration ahead of the monsoons.

Immerse your soul in the natural beauty and plenty of the Serengeti
Integrate a new level of plenty into your vision and business

What is the heaven on earth you envision your business bringing?

Sunrise in Ngorongoro

You can only envision so much from the current perspective.
Getting out of your own backyard and cultural rut expands your perspective of where your business fits in the circle of life.

We'll alternate immersion days in spectacular national parks with integration days at comfortable lodges (with great wifi).

Envision

Terengiri National Park is the Elephant paradise! After basking in the greenery and abundant wildlife, we'll take a day to reflect on your vision of paradise and the better world you're creating

Engage

Serengeti National Park is all about abundance and the circle of life. While staying in the park, take some time to reflect on the stages and generations of your business evolution

Enrich

Ngorongoro Conservation area is managed for both the animals and the local Masai people who graze their cattle alongside the indigenous wildlife. Integrate how your business enriches multiple stakeholders

My friend Abel, from my 2022 trip, has set up a custom itinerary for us. As a former Kilimanjaro climbing guide, he's experienced in arranging and planning wildlife safaris, special trips. His team realize that every destination is someone else’s home and ensures that communities benefit through our visit. All guides are Wilderness First Responder Certified, are licensed, have significant experience and speak English fluently. Although we won't be using porters, the company makes a public commitment to porter welfare on mountain climbs. Their Safari guides are more than leaders, spotters, and wildlife experts, with 10 years experience they understand the experience they are creating for you.

We can fit 6 in the tour van. Ground costs around $4500 (depending on single or double room). You in?

Full Itinerary

Day 1. Arrival day, Tanzania

Arrive anytime at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). There will be a private transfer from the Airport to our quiet, eco-friendly mountain lodge for you to rest from the flight and ground into the gardens. (Dinner included. Massage available, not included) The lodge supports the charitable work of Arusha Children’s Trust.

ENVISION: Day 2. Tarangire National Park and Day 3. Karatu Integration Day

Settle in for the drive to Tarangire National Park, for excellent game viewing. During the dry seasons, Tarangire comes alive as wildlife and birdlife congregate on the Tarangire River, which is a permanent source of water.
In the late afternoon, we make a short journey from the park to our special lodge beautifully set outside the park with stunning views and a unique atmosphere. (All meals included)

ENGAGE: Day 4. Serengeti Safari and Day 5. Serengeti Integration Day

We head towards the Serengeti National Park. At Naabi gate we will stop for lunch, After lunch, we drive into the Serengeti itself and the rest of the afternoon is spent game viewing in the vast plains that are broken only by stands of acacia trees and the occasional kopje. We can see plenty of animals, such as giraffes, zebras, buffalo, wildebeest, and elephants, and many large predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards.
We stay in our luxury glamping lodge located in the heart of the famous Serengeti National Park! We'll enjoy a restaurant with the local and continental cuisine (full board), a lounge with bar, fireplace, entertainment and internet, gift shop, spa, massages (available, not included) and a modern swimming pool: imagine swimming Pool in the middle of Serengeti! Tanzania Wild Camps are advocates of Sustainable tourism and work with the community to profit from the growing benefits of tourism.

ENRICH: Day 6. Ngorongoro Crater

We start the day with an early morning game viewing drive before heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Ngorongoro is a special place in that it is a Conservation Area, not a National Park; this means that the whole area is managed for both the animals and the local Masai people who graze their cattle alongside the indigenous wildlife. Finally, we descend into the crater. The crater walls provide a natural sanctuary for the animals, which means there is plenty to see: lions, elephants, buffalo, rhino, and leopards (if you are lucky). The only animal you won’t see in here is a giraffe, whose long legs are unable to cope with the steep’s sides of the crater.
In the late afternoon, we travel back to our mountain lodge in Arusha. (Dinner included)

Day 7. Arusha town

Half day tour around Arusha (sole location of tanzanite gemstones), later afternoon back to the lodge for more integration time. (Dinner included)

We'll have lunch at a spice farm, then will tour Stone Town with historical sites, slave market, daily market, narrow streets and later shopping. (Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 10. Relaxation and Integration Day

Enjoy the day doing as much or as little as you can. You may like to take an optional trip to explore the snorkeling or dolphin tour, and you can visit the red colobus monkey, which is endemic to Zanzibar. (Breakfast and dinner included)
